    Oh Lord help that poor child Ximenia. You're right,the bosses are very smart. The best thing they did was fire your extremely lazy ass after Pedro left. Looks to me like they're even more successful with him gone. I often dine here and the staff is truly professional and the food absolutely great every time. As for your tenderized pork comment(again Lord help you)but "I" know for a fact that it is milk fed veal. I strongly recommend this restaurant but anyone can see if passing by that it's always busy. Now that's a good sign!
